Holy cow! Strip club gets sued by American Idol.. Really?

This place, Palazio, is the sister club of the club I worked for in TX. I knew the owners and I still know girls who work there. It is also where we go on our field trip. Sooo funny. They are getting sued because they are running a weekly amateur contest called stripper idol.
Does AI not have anything better to do with their time?
