gottta be flexible

- Lay on the floor on your back and shimmy your but up to the wall, so that you can place your feet flat on the wall.
- Straighten your legs so that your feet are together.
- Spread your legs apart as far as you can, pointing your toes and keeping your feet on the wall.
- Now just hang out as long as you can...at least a few minutes..
- Make sure to bend your knees firs before bringing legs together.
